I'll be sharing 15 min videos discussing ways we can improve our happiness and mental health. For the past 12 years I've been on a journey to improve my well-being. In my mid-30s I was living in Sydney feeling like the best was behind me, I knew it was time to tackle my inner saboteur head on. Within a year of starting this journey I'd moved to New York, where I forged ahead in my career, got married and had my two children. I'm committed to a life of learning, I'll be sharing what I've discovered so far and opening up the dialogue with you, so I hope you'll join me!
